Porter Makes the Coyotes
Hensick, Hunwick, Pacioretty, Ebbett, Rogers, Ryznar, Montoya, and Kolarik weren't so lucky, but Kevin Porter has found a home in the NHL. The Phoenix Coyotes announced that he will be a part of the roster for the opening of the NHL season. Eric Nystrom and David Moss have both made the Flames, giving Calgary three Michigan forward (Cammalleri). Mike Brown was going to be placed on waivers by Vancouver, but they pulled him back after realizing he wouldn't have cleared, so he'll likely be in the league as well.
